About me:

Understanding Stress & Embracing Transformation

Hi, I'm Joanna Sproul, a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist and Neurolinguistic Programming Practitioner, dedicated to guiding individuals through life's most significant transitions. My background as an elementary music teacher has given me a deep understanding of the impact stress has on our minds and bodies. Through both teaching and therapeutic work, I’ve seen firsthand how stress—whether from career changes, relationships, parenting, or loss—can shape our thoughts, emotions, and overall well-being.

Having spent years in the classroom, I have developed a deep passion for helping individuals navigate uncertainty with resilience and clarity. Teaching music has given me unique insight into the ways people process emotions and experiences—how stress can build up, how creativity can be a powerful tool for release, and how subconscious patterns influence our daily lives. Just as music evokes emotions, memories, and deep states of relaxation, I integrate this understanding into my hypnotherapy practice to create meaningful and lasting transformation.

Recognizing the profound effects of stress and the power of Hypnotherapy and NLP in alleviating it, I embarked on a journey to become a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist and Neuro-Linguistic Programmer. My goal is to offer clients a safe and supportive space to access their inner wisdom, release stress at a subconscious level, and cultivate resilience in the face of life’s challenges.

As your guide, I am committed to helping you uncover and transform the root causes of stress—whether it's feeling stuck in your career, managing the emotional weight of relationships, adjusting to major life changes, or simply striving for a deeper sense of balance and purpose. With a nurturing approach, I empower clients to tap into their subconscious resources, reframe limiting beliefs, and move forward with confidence.

Outside of my practice, I remain deeply involved in education, continuing to support young people through music. I believe that understanding ourselves—our stressors, our triggers, and our strengths—is key to transformation. If you're ready to release stress, gain clarity, and embrace life’s transitions with confidence, I invite you to take the first step toward change.
