Joanna Sproul
Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist
Neuro-Linguistic Programming Practitioner
About me:
Hi, I'm Joanna Sproul, a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist and Neurolinguistic Programmer Practitioner with a heart dedicated to guiding individuals through life's most significant transitions. With a background as an elementary music teacher, I bring a wealth of empathy, understanding, and skill to the practice, offering a unique perspective on personal growth and transformation.
Having spent years in the classroom, I have discovered a deep-seated passion for supporting individuals through times of change and uncertainty. As a dedicated teacher, I have had the privilege of working with students from diverse backgrounds, each bringing their own unique experiences, challenges, and strengths into the classroom. One of the most rewarding aspects of my role has been the opportunity to support and uplift all students, regardless of their backgrounds or circumstances. My experience in teaching music has honed my skills in fostering empathy, compassion, creativity, and intuition, all of which are essential qualities in guiding clients through transformative hypnotherapy sessions. My background in music education uniquely equips me to connect with clients on a profound level, not only on an inner personal level, but it helps guide patients in tapping into their unconscious. Just as music can evoke emotions, memories, and deep states of relaxation, I leverage this understanding as a hypnotherapist to facilitate therapeutic experiences that resonate deeply with individuals.
Recognizing the transformative power of Hypnotherapy and NLP, I embarked on a journey to become a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist and Neuro-Linguistic Programmer. I am driven by a desire to make a meaningful difference in people's lives.
As your guide, you'll find a trusted ally who understands the complexities of transition and the importance of fostering inner strength and resilience. Whether navigating a career change, facing relationship challenges, becoming a parent, navigating the loss of a loved one, or seeking clarity on your life's purpose, I'm committed to providing compassionate support every step of the way.
Through the gentle art of Hypnotherapy, I help clients tap into their inner wisdom, unlock their inner resources and potential, and embrace life's changes. With a nurturing approach and a deep respect for each individual's unique journey, I work to create a safe and supportive space for healing and growth.
Outside my practice, I still work actively in the classroom and remain dedicated to the education and empowerment of young people through music.
I believe that self-knowledge and compassion when exploring the unconcious is the key to transformation. If you're ready to embrace life's transitions with courage and clarity, I invite you to take the first step toward transformation.
